Management Team Bio:

Michael Hamman is a co-founder and Principal of TouchPoint Business Solutions. He has more than 25 years of diverse business experience in companies ranging from startups to global brands in business services, distribution, retail, banking, energy, and communications. Michael has extensive knowledge in most aspects of running and growing a business, including operations, finance, marketing, strategy, corporate development, HR, leading organizational change, and turnarounds. For the past 10 years, he has focused on helping small businesses solve their most difficult organizational challenges.

Michael received his BS in Finance and MBA from the University of Southern California. He has served in roles including President, COO, CFO, and Corporate Director, as well as on advisory boards for privately held companies, industry groups, and educational institutions. He is a published author, guest lecturer in college-level business courses, and has led the purchase and/or sale of seven companies to date. Michael is passionate about small business, and has a proven track record helping entrepreneurs and business owners achieve success.
